Ollie and Sarah have lived at Sunkosi since 2009. In 2012 they undertook full cavity wall and loft insulation and draught proofed all doors, windows and the loft hatch via the CERT scheme, which Ovesco arranged for many Barcombe properties. This year they had an air source heat pump and new radiators, TRVs and thermostat installed. A wood burner supplies supplementary heat when required. Their annexe is fully insulated and double glazed, with full electric heating. They next plan to install solar panels.
