Mark and Sarah moved into Grantham Bank in 2014. In 2015 they installed 12 solar PV panels on the roof. The insulation on the converted garage was very poor and this was stripped out and replaced in 2016. They plan to install an air source heat pump in the near future and will also consider battery storage.
